How long does turnaround usually take?+
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Express 24-hour service is available on most categories (small surcharge applies). Delicate items like wedding wear may need 3-5 days.
Is pickup and delivery really free?+
Yes — across our standard service zones for orders above ₹250. We come to your door at your chosen time slot and bring everything back the same way.
How are prices calculated?+
Two ways: (1) per kilo for Wash & Fold / Wash & Iron / Premium Laundry (₹129–249/kg), or (2) per piece for dry cleaning, steam press, and specialty items. Final pricing is locked at pickup after inspection.
Do you handle silk, leather, suede and woolens?+
Yes. Silk sarees, woolens, leather jackets, suede shoes and other delicate fabrics are dry-cleaned with fabric-correct solvents. We treat each as a separate discipline.
What if my clothes get damaged or lost?+
Every garment is tagged at pickup and inspected at delivery. In the rare event of damage caused by our process, we compensate up to 10× the cleaning charge of that item.
Do you remove tough stains?+
We pre-treat stains as part of every order — coffee, wine, grease, ink, sweat marks, makeup. If a treatable stain remains, we re-clean free.
What payment options do you accept?+
Cash, UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), debit/credit cards and online transfers. Payment is on delivery, so you only pay after you're happy.
Can I schedule a recurring weekly pickup?+
Yes — most of our regular customers do. WhatsApp us to set up a weekly or bi-weekly slot. No subscription fee, just consistent care.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?+
We do. Weddings, corporate offices, hostels, hotels and salons get tiered discounts. See the Bulk Orders page or message us with your volume.
Are your detergents safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes. We use mild, dermatologically-tested detergents. For babies or skin-allergy customers, we can do an unfragranced wash on request — just mention it at pickup.
Do you wash bedsheets, curtains and large household items?+
Yes. Bedsheets, blankets, curtains, sofa covers, quilts and carpets are all handled with specialty equipment. See our pricing page for the full list.
Can I drop clothes off at the outlet directly?+
Absolutely. Walk-ins welcome open daily · 8:00 am – 9:00 pm. The outlet is at Plot 101, Diamond House Shamiyana Road, near Kaithlapur Bridge.
What about ironing-only / steam press without wash?+
Yes — flat per-piece rates start at ₹20-₹50 depending on fabric. Pickup minimum is 5 pieces; below that you can drop off directly.
How do I track my order status?+
Once you book, you'll get WhatsApp updates: pickup confirmed → items received → in process → out for delivery. No app needed.
